POST-DOC IN MAMMALIAN EPIGENETICS
We are looking for a highly motivated, science-driven postdoc candidate. Although a post-doctoral salary will be provided (2 years), applicants are expected to meet the criteria to compete for fellowship funding.
Several projects are currently available : the study of intergenerational epigenetic inheritance, impact of diet and reproductive technologies on the epigenome and the relationship between transposons control and meiosis. These potential projects and others will be discussed in the course of an interview with the candidate.
The candidate must hold of PhD in Life Sciences, in the field of genetics, molecular and cellular biology and/ developmental biology. Technical expertise in molecular biology and high throughput sequencing experiments and analyses is required. Conceptual and technical background in mammalian development, DNA methylation-based mechanisms, and regulation of pluripotent to differentiated states would be appreciated.
One first author publication is required.
